Delivery & Shipping Policy
- 1. We will dispatch the books to the customer’s address. Pls. allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- After we send the books out, we will contact our customer as soon as possible and inform them about the shipping number for tracking.
- Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$500 or above, or self-pickup at our store (Shop 28 G/F, Eton Tower, 8 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong). If the purchase is less than HK$500, customer has to pay shipping fee for the books.
- If the address selected by the customer is different from the actual delivery address, the delivery will be returned to us. In this case, we will not be able to refund the delivery fee. If you need to send the shipment again, we will automatically set the shipment as freight collect.
- Exchange: To exchange a product, please contact us within 5 days upon receiving the goods. Damaged products will be replaced. Please return the products to us in their original shipping box (if any) to allow us to investigate. Please whatsapp us at 93649761 or email to email@example.com to arrange.

- 成功寄出後, 我們會盡快聯絡客戶及告知其運輸訂單資料及號碼, 有助客戶追蹤寄。
- 購物滿港幣$500或以上、或門市自取可免運費（香港銅鑼灣希慎道8號裕景商業中心地下28號舖）; 訂單若少於港幣$500而需送貨服務者，則需支付運費。
- 換貨: 如有需要換貨, 請在收到貨物後5天內與我們聯繫。損壞的貨品也會被更換。請在退換時把貨物放在原有的包裝箱內(如有的話)退還給我們，以便我們進行調查原因。請whatsapp 93649761讓我們進行安排。
