1. We will dispatch the books to the customer’s address.  Pls. allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
2. After we send the books out, we will contact our customer as soon as possible and inform them about the shipping number for tracking.
3. Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$500 or above, or self-pickup at our store (Shop 618, Hopewell Mall, 15 Kennedy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong). If the purchase is less than HK$500, customer has to pay shipping fee for the books.
4. If the address selected by the customer is different from the actual delivery address, the delivery will be returned to us. In this case, we will not be able to refund the delivery fee. If you need to send the shipment again, we will automatically set the shipment as freight collect.
5. 送貨方式

1. 下單成功及完成付款後，系統將根據客人所填寫的送貨地址及付款時間，一般將於三至五個工作天（星期六、日及公眾假期不包括在內）內付運。
2. 成功寄出後, 我們會盡快聯絡客戶及告知其運輸訂單資料及號碼, 有助客戶追蹤寄。
3. 購物滿港幣$500或以上、或門市自取可免運費（Shop 618, Hopewell Mall, 15 Kennedy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong）;  訂單若少於港幣$500而需送貨服務者，則需支付運費。
4. 如客人選擇的地址與實際配送地址不同，導致配送受到影響且貨品遭退回，這種情況下本公司將無法退還運費。如需再次寄出貨品，運費將會自動設定以到付形式支付。
5. 換貨: 如有需要換貨, 請在收到貨物後5天內與我們聯繫。損壞的貨品也會被更換。請在退換時把貨物放在原有的包裝箱內(如有的話)退還給我們，以便我們進行調查原因。請whatsapp +852 68797340 讓我們進行安排。
