• Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are processed and dispatched directly to your address within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  
• Free Shipping & Pickup: Enjoy free local shipping across Hong Kong on orders of HK$500 or above. You can also choose free self-pickup at our Wan Chai store: Shop 618, Hopewell Mall, 15 Kennedy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong

• Order Tracking: As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
  
• Delivery Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and reshipments will be sent via freight collect.

• 5-Day Exchange Policy: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a replacement. Please hold onto the original shipping box so we can investigate the issue.
