Overview

Artists ask questions when they make art – and viewers ask questions when they look at it.

This gently provocative book helps young people start asking and answering questions for themselves. It's built around 22 questions, each tackled over two spreads. The first explores the question and answer through a full-bleed image of an important artwork; the second shows works on the theme from across history.

  • 22 big questions about art
  • Famous artworks from across history
  • Encourages curiosity and discussion

Perfect for ages 7-9
