Maisy Goes for an Eye Test : As seen on TV! A gentle, reassuring story to help prepare young children for their first eye test or optician visit

A first eye test can feel much less worrying when a familiar friend shows exactly what to expect.

Follow a cheerful little mouse through a gentle visit to the optician. From arriving and meeting the grown-ups to looking at pictures, trying simple tests and choosing what happens next, each stage is presented in a calm, reassuring way.

Friendly illustrations and an everyday storyline help children talk about their own questions and feelings before an appointment. It is a valuable preparation tool for families, while still being a warm, enjoyable story to read together—especially for children who are nervous about new experiences.

Perfect for ages 2-5
